M7 Real Estate, der paneuropäische Investor und asset manager, verkündigen den Erwerb zweier kürzlich entwickelten Logistikobjekten in wichtigen Verteilungszentren in Deutschland.
Zusammen umfangen die Objekte rund 30,800 Quadratmeter und sind beide 100% von single tenants besetzt. Sie sind in Düsseldorf und Kassel platziert, beide stark ausgeprägt Logistikmärkte mit guten Verbindungen.
Die Akquisition wurde im Auftrag der European Supply Chain Income Partnership (ESCIP) getätigt, ein von AustralianSuper und Oxford Properties unterstützter joint venture fund .
