Urban Partners, AG Gruppen und Nordea Pension Ejendomme haben über ihr Joint Venture den Verkauf von „Banehaverne“, einem Wohnbauprojekt in Glostrup/Brøndby, an M&G Real Estate abgeschlossen.
Die Transaktion betrifft ein Wohnbauprojekt mit einer Fläche von 56.000 m² und 667 Mietwohnungen, das sich über die Gemeindegrenze zwischen Glostrup und Brøndby erstreckt. Das Projekt wurde im Rahmen der Umwandlung eines ehemaligen Industriegebiets in ein neues Wohnviertel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und Zugang sowohl zu städtischen Annehmlichkeiten als auch zur Natur entwickelt.

Banehaverne besteht aus sechs Wohngebäuden, die um begrünte Innenhöfe angeordnet sind und durch einen zentralen Weg miteinander verbunden sind, der durch die Siedlung verläuft. Das Projekt vereint gemeinsame Außenbereiche, Gemeinschaftsräume und vielfältige Wohnformen, die darauf ausgelegt sind, den Alltag zu erleichtern und die Interaktion zwischen den Bewohnern zu fördern. Das Projekt ist DGNB-Gold-zertifiziert und wurde mit Schwerpunkt auf Energieeffizienz und langfristiger Nachhaltigkeit entwickelt.
